This oolong tea has a unique, floral and slightly sweet, buttery flavor and is one of the most popular teas in China. Sometimes this oolong can be mistaken for green tea due to its lightly fermented rolled leaves and the delicate green color of the tea after it's brewed. BREWING TIPS:
Place 2 heaping teaspoons in a tea vessel, and brew with 10 to 11 ounces of boiling water. Steep with a lid on to keep the heat in and extract more flavor. Steep approximately 2 minutes. Re-steep your second cup for 3 to 5 minutes.
