One cup of Sleepy Plum herbal tea already has amazing benefits for most people. But, if you desire a stronger effect you can have 2 big cups in late afternoon or early evening. After the tea circulates through your system, most people feel the effects once they go to sleep.
Be warned-many people need at least 8 hours to sleep after drinking! It’s best to drink 3-5 times per week and rotate through our other teas, to have a better affect. Some other positive effects are: beautiful skin, less joint stiffness, a positive reset of your sleeping habits and better energy during the day.
BREWING TIPS:
Give a quick 5 second rinse of your tea bag with boiling water and then dump out the water. Make approximately 10 to 11 ounce cups with the tea bag and steep your first steeping for approximately 2 minutes. Take out the bag and SQUEEZE it before using it to make another cup. Steep your second cup for 3 to 5 minutes.
PRO TIPS:
*Cover your tea while it steeps to keep the heat in and to extract more flavor.
*Move your tea bag side to side and up and down several times before removing and squeezing it, to get all the trapped water and flavor out of it!
