These elegant and cute kung fu tea sets are a great way to taste and share tea. Brewing tea in small pots changes the water to tea ratio. With good quality tea you can create a flavorful and fun experience!
Brewing tips:
1. Add enough loose leaf tea to cover the bottom of your teapot.
2. Boil water and quickly rinse the tea and dump out the rinse water. This rinse is not for drinking
3. Fill your teapot with the water, then cover and steep for approximately 30 to 40 seconds.
4. Pour your tea into your small teacups and any excess tea, you can pour into another vessel to enjoy.
5. RESTEEP your at least another two times (depending on the quality of the tea you may be able to steep several more times) be sure to increase your steep duration a little bit for each subsequent brew. For example, if your first infusion was 35 seconds steep 45 to 50 seconds or a minute for your next steep.
